Modern Eco Service

About Eco Service

Fresh air is the job. Getting it right is the point.

We select, install, and maintain ventilation systems with heat recovery — based in Germany, working with homes and businesses across Europe and America. Every project starts with the same question: how do we get clean, fresh air into this specific room, without losing the heat you've already paid for.

Why we exist

Most homes weren't built to breathe.

Airtight windows and insulation keep heat in — and everything else in too: humidity, formaldehyde off-gassing, cooking odors, dust. Opening a window fixes it for ten minutes and undoes your heating bill for the day.

We work with mechanical ventilation and heat-recovery systems instead: units that pull stale air out, bring fresh air in, and recover most of the heat in the process. The result is a home that's warm in winter, cool in summer, and never stuffy.

We're not tied to a single manufacturer. We recommend and install the system that fits the room — from single-direction exhaust units to full bi-directional recuperators — and we stand behind every installation with an official warranty and ongoing service.
